deterioration caused by different metals touching as they are completely
isolated. This allows a more cost effective, stronger carbon steel
BLUE-TAP to be used, instead of softer stainless steel, adding more
strength and stability to the structure. BLUE-TAP Concrete Anchors
are Miami-Dade County Product Control Approved** and comply with
the Florida Building Code, including the High Velocity Hurricane
Zone. The PRO-TECT System is available in a variety of UV stabilized
colors to coordinate with the frame structure.
NYLO-TEC high quality grade case hardened carbon steel fasteners
provide long term strength. When driving a standard coated fastener,
the coating chips off, exposing the steel to the elements and encouraging
corrosion. NYLO-TEC use a color matched glass reinforced nylon head,
not a coating. The UV stabilized anticorrosive head never rusts or
fades. NYLO-TEC extends the life of the structure in all environments
especially in coastal regions.
